You know that sleep is important for your whole family. And, you know that your little one is not getting enough of it — and therefore you’re not getting enough either! Or, maybe you’re expecting your first child and want to learn how to lay a healthy sleep foundation. That’s why The Village is hosting this workshop on how much sleep kids need, common sleep pitfalls, and helpful strategies you can implement right away. This class is ideal for parents who are expecting, all the way up to parents of 2 year olds.

Our speaker, Adele Thompson, is a certified infant and child sleep consultant through the Sleep Sense program. Adele has been working with families as a social worker, and more recently as a sleep consultant, for over 8 years. As a mom of two young, energetic boys, she has experienced the difficulties of sleep deprivation, and she is passionate about bringing healthy sleep back into the family. You can visit her website her website for additional information.

(Nursing infants are welcome; however, due to venue limitations, we will not be providing child care at the workshop. We encourage you to reach out to your community for child care help!)
